My xmas stay was simply amazing! The breakfast offered was extensive and delicious. The location was perfect, in close proximity to all the key hotspots. the staff at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. They made me feel right at home.
The showroom left much to be desired. This made it almost impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom.

The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and great parking options. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Good breakfast and helpful staff at the front desk. the location was also ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the city. We even had the advantage of being close to some excellent restaurants that were only a short walk away.
The showroom was cramped and uncomfortable, with a terrible shower that left the entire room soaking wet every time we used it. the under the bed was covered in layers of dust that had not been cleaned in weeks, which left us feeling extremely disappointed with the overall state of the room.

Located conveniently close to many attractions, the hotel has a great position. the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff at the reception were accommodating. the room was equipped with nice facilities, and the bathroom was kept clean throughout my stay. the view from the room was worth mentioning too. I appreciated the value for money.
The shower experience could have been better.
